Overnight Berry Parfait
(1 purple, 1 red, 1 yellow)
-1 purple container fresh or frozen berries
-1 red container plain Greek yogurt
-1 yellow container raw oats or low sugar granola
-Optional: stevia, cinnamon
Layer ingredients in a Mason jar and enjoy! This breakfast is portable, and easy to prep a few jars and keep them in the fridge. If you’re using frozen berries they’ll infuse your parfait with juice as they de-frost in the fridge overnight!
